Sarah loves being part of a supportive team that shows up for one another every day. She brings her love of music to the office, plays piano, and enjoys days filled with good tunes and laughter. Outside of work, she soaks up warm beach days and spends time tending to her garden.

Kelly loves helping restore smiles and seeing the meaningful difference dentistry can make in people’s lives. Inspired by her sister’s enthusiasm for dental work, she brings a bright, upbeat energy to the team and enjoys being part of each patient’s transformation. Outside the office, she enjoys baking and snuggling with her dog and cat.

Alicia loves working alongside coworkers who feel like true family and appreciates how seamlessly the team comes together for patients. She brings an upbeat, energizing personality to the office and enjoys keeping everyone smiling while delivering great care. Outside of work, she’s a devoted Detroit sports fan and loves traveling with her family, trying new experiences, and making lasting memories.

Beth values having the time to truly educate her patients about their oral health. With years of experience, she brings strong clinical skills and a calm, confident presence to the team. Outside the office, she runs her own clothing line, spoils her cats, and enjoys art and theater.

Heidi loves being part of a team that supports special events and values a healthy work–life balance and understanding culture at MI Smiles. She brings years of experience and a friendly, patient-centered approach to dentistry, with a special interest in oral surgery and helping people feel more confident. Outside the office, she’s known for going all out on Halloween with elaborate yard displays and walk-through events, and she enjoys riding her quad, taking scenic drives, kayaking, shopping, and exploring new places.

Stella loves the amazing team she works with in Ionia and the supportive atmosphere they create together. She’s a strong multitasker who helps keep the day running smoothly and patients well cared for. Outside of work, she’s a proud grandma and starts her mornings with an iced coffee to set a positive tone for the day.
