Dr. Areum Son brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to our team at Hudsonville Dental. Her journey in dentistry began at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she studied Biology, followed by earning a Master’s in Biomedical Science with a perfect GPA. She went on to graduate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she developed a strong interest in crowns and restorative care while also gaining hands-on experience in emergency dentistry.

Comfort-First Patient-Care Philosophy

Trust starts with listening. I take time to understand each patient’s goals and concerns, then walk through options in plain language. Whether we’re rebuilding a tooth with a crown or planning preventive care, I focus on comfort, clarity, and steady support. I especially enjoy helping anxious patients feel at ease and celebrating the moment their smile feels like “them” again.
